Customer Service

This committee explores the many ways that member companies and other service-oriented organizations address customer service issues, focusing in particular on call centers, billing, credit and collections, payment processing, customer accounting and meter reading. New developments, technologies and best practices in these areas are highlighted at the conference and exhibition sponsored by the committee. Employee training programs and other techniques to move the industry forward by enhancing customer relations are addressed, as well as the equipment, systems and facilities that support customer interfaces.
