Benefits Of Committee Membership
Provides an opportunity to understand and direct policies of AGA; provides a broad view of major natural gas policy issues and practices. The officers and others on the Board deal with United States government departments and agencies, the Congress, international organizations, other industry trade association policy groups; as well as leaders of AGA committees and sections that report to the Board. The Board works closely with the Executive Committee of the Board between Board meetings.
Products and Services
Provides policy direction, strategic planning and financial oversight to AGA Assists in developing a consensus with the membership on public policy issues.
Interaction with other AGA Committees/Outside Organizations
Acts in close coordination with the AGA Board of Directors on policy matters between Board meetings.
