Labor Relations
To develop and maintain an active role in identifying key labor relations issues. The committee will compile information regarding member company programs, trends, and approaches which will enhance labor negotiations and the administration of labor contracts. Other areas of activity include impact of legislation and case law on labor relations and the effect of labor relations on a non-union environment.
