To formulate the policies of the operating section and to review and act upon the proposals of its Executive Committee, recommend the creation or dissolution of section committees, oversee the work of the committees. To be responsible for conceiving, formulating and distributing objectives, policies and procedures to further continuity and continued improvement of the operating section.
