Group Rates – Apply to companies with three or more registrants**Please note: If registering online, you will be charged the individual rate. However, a refund reflecting the group rate will be issued following the meeting to those individuals whose company has sent three or more participants. Online registration is for credit card payments only. Should you require payment by check or in the event your company’s policy restricts online registration please email Tricia Vanderpool at: email@example.com to request a paper registration form. Individuals will not be registered until payment is received. Receipts will be given onsite for all registration exclusive of those made via the web.
All meeting registration changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing and faxed to AGA at (202) 824-7086. Cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, September 5, 2011 to qualify for a full refund less a $100.00 processing charge. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER Monday, September 5, 2011. Registration - Receipt Immediately Available!
For security purposes, each registrant must have his/her individual AGA username and password in order to register online. If registering on behalf of others, you must obtain each registrants AGA username and password to complete their registration. You don’t need to be a member to get a user name and password.
Please note: Onsite registration will incur an additional $50 administration fee.
