 Registration Information 

"Group Registration" should be used to register anyone other than yourself.

Online Registration is for credit card payments only. If paying by check, please contact

for a hard copy registration form.

Registration Fees:

Includes attendance to committee meeting(s), workshops/tour, and social events. (and ANSI B109)

  • Early Bird Fee: $675.00  (up to August 12, 2011) 
  • Standard Fee:  $775.00  (after August 12, 2011) 
  • Workshop Speaker Fee:   $575.00  (participating in workshop & committee meeting)

Includes attendance to selected workshop ONLY or ANSI B109 ONLY and accompanying social event.

  • Workshop/ANSI B109 ONLY - Early Bird: $350.00 (up to August 12, 2011)
  • Workshop/ANSI B109 ONLY - Standard:  $450.00 (after August 12, 2011)
  • Workshop Speaker Participating in Workshop ONLY:  Fee Waived   

Accompanying Guest Fee: $50.00
(Includes participation in all social events. May NOT be used by a co-worker or industry associate.)


Changes, Cancelation & Refund Policy:

All changes, cancelations or substitutions must be received in writing via e-mail or fax. When possible, please include the reason for your change, cancelation or substitution. Cancelations must be received in writing by Friday, August 26, 2011, to qualify for a full refund less a $125.00 processing charge.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER August 26, however, substitutions are permitted.  Fax information to AGA’s Meeting Services at 202-824-7086 or e-mail
