The objectives of this seminar are to provide advanced knowledge and understanding of utility ratemaking, public utility accounting, and current issues in the natural gas distribution and transmission industries. The course is designed for utility industry professionals. No advanced preparation is required nor are there any prerequisites. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour. AGA will be applying for credit from NASBA and will send you a written certificate of attendance after the meeting.

AGA will apply for continuing legal education accreditation for the Rate Committee Meeting and Regulatory Issues Seminar in every state requested during the registration process. After the meeting, as accreditation approvals are received, AGA will directly contact the attorneys who requested CLE credit for attendance at the meeting.
