Registration Fees; Deadline; Cancellation/Refund Policy and ADA Requirements
AGA members can take advantage of discounted registration fees by registering early! The early bird deadline for registering is Midnight, Monday, January 9, 2012. The discounted fees available for early bird registration are as follows:
Early bird registration for the roundtable and workshop: $350
Early bird registration for the roundtable only: $300
Early bird registration for the workshop only: $125
The following fees apply to AGA members who register after the early bird deadline:
Registration for the roundtable and workshop: $450
Registration for the roundtable only: $400
Registration for the workshop only: $200
Please Note: On-site registration will incur an additional $50.00 administration fee.
All meeting registration changes, cancelations or substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to Debbie Ellis at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancelations must be received by January 19, 2012, to qualify for a refund less a $100.00 processing charge. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER January 19, however substitutions are permitted.
Online registration is for credit card payments only. Confirmation of online registration and registration receipt are immediately emailed to the registrant’s email address. In the event your company’s policy restricts online registration or you require payment by check, please contact Debbie Ellis, phone: (202) 824-7338. Receipts will be given onsite for all registration exclusive of those made via the web.
For security purposes, each registrant must have his/her individual AGA username and password in order to register online. If registering on behalf of others, you must obtain each registrants AGA username and password to complete their registration.
