- Speakers are asked to submit a bio for introduction purposes. Click here for a sample bio form.
Conference Registration:
All speakers/panelists should register for the conference in order to obtain a name badge and registration packet. A discounted registration fee of $725 is available to confirmed speakers who will also be attending the conference as a participant. Please be sure to select the fee (Conference speaker/moderator/panelist: $725) when you register. Refunds will NOT be processed due to registrant error.
