Registration for the Rate Committee Meeting and Regulatory Issues Seminar is on-line. AGA is not accepting telephone, email, or fax registrations for this meeting. The registration fee is $845. To register, please click on the "Individual or Group Registration" button.
The $845 registration fee includes the reception on Sunday, October 28, the meetings on Monday, October 29 to Wednesday, October 31; the reception and dinner on Monday, October 29, and the reception on Tuesday, October 30. Breakfast is included Monday to Wednesday, and lunch is included on Monday and Tuesday.

Do you have an account set-up for the AGA website? If not, you must set one up before beginning the registration process. *Please be sure to select your company from the drop down list provided when setting up your account. Select your "Registration Type" (member, speaker etc.) and click next
A list of all individuals associated with your company will be listed. For those individuals not listed, an account will need to be set-up for each person in order to register them.
Once you have selected all individuals, you will have the opportunity to review each individual's contact information and select fee(s).
Proceed to payment and check out.

Changes, Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Meeting Registrations: All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing via e-mail or fax. When possible, please include the reason for your change, cancellation or substitution. Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, October 19, 2012, to qualify for a full refund less a $100.00 processing charge. Hotel Reservations: Hotel reservations must be made separately from the meeting/seminar registration and directly with the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Rooms must be booked by Friday, October 5, to qualify for the conference rate of $149 + taxes per night, single or double occupancy.
