Please remember when making your hotel arrangements you (or your travel agent) should request you be included in the “AGA Financial Forum" block.”  Reservations made through a third party (corporate travel agents, Internet travel sites, etc.) must specifically request to be included in the “AGA Financial Forum” block.  Protection from being moved to another hotel is the number one reason to make your hotel reservations early and within the AGA group.

To Make Hotel Reservations

Reservations can be made at:  American Gas Association - Room Reservations.  Should you prefer to make your reservation via phone, please call 888-856-4380.  You should advise the reservations agent that you are attending the AGA Financial Forum. A credit card is required to hold and guarantee your reservation. Charges are not applied at time of booking, unless stated otherwise in the rate rules.

The hotel cut-off date is Thursday, April 4, 2013 or until the rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first.  Rooms will likely sell out prior to the rate cut-off date so reserve your accommodations early!  The room rate is $299 + 10% tax per night.  Rates will apply three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability at the time the reservations are made.  Reservations must be cancelled at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.  After that, a first night’s deposit will be non-refundable.
