Open only to Distribution Best Practices Benchmarking Program participants, the Distribution Best Practices Program roundtables are designed to provide in-depth discussions on company practices and procedures for the specific benchmarking topic. The roundtables are scheduled after the Distribution Best Practices Follow-up Conference and feature company presentations from top-performing companies (identified through the benchmarking data reports) as well as companies identified for having unique programs or practices (identified through the questionnaire response summaries).
The Turn-ons, Turn-offs and Curtailment for Non-Payment Best Practices Roundtable is scheduled to begin Monday, November 8, at 10:00 AM with an overview of the AGA Operations Best Practices Program followed by a General Session where top-performing companies will give presentations on specific processes and practices that have contributed to their outstanding operational performance. In addition, you will also hear from companies with unique practices that have helped to improve the company’s operational efficiency. Following the company presentations, meeting attendees will assemble with their respective breakout groups for in-depth group discussions on specific operational challenges and identify best practices to address those challenges.
The roundtable will conclude with a best practices summary presentation from each breakout group. The meeting is scheduled to adjourn on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
