Registration Fees:
There is no registration fee to attend this event; however, we do need you to complete the Registration Form for planning purposes.  The registration deadline is Friday, September 23, 2011.

Changes & Cancellation Policy:
Meeting Registrations: All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing via e-mail or fax. When possible, please include the reason for your change, cancellation or substitution. Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, September 23, 2011.  Substitutions are permitted.  Fax information to Liliana Fonnoll at 202-824-9081 or e-mail: lfonnoll@aga.org.

Hotel Reservations: Hotel reservations must be made separately from the conference registration and directly with the hotel.

ADA Requirements:
