There is no registration fee to attend this event; however, we do need you to complete the RSVP form for planning purposes. The registration deadline is Friday, September 16, 2011.
Changes & Cancellation Policy:
Meeting Registrations: All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing via e-mail or fax. When possible, please include the reason for your change, cancellation or substitution. Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, September 16, 2011. Substitutions are permitted. Hotel Reservations: Hotel reservations must be made separately from the conference registration and directly with The Grand Del Mar.
