 Registration Information 

To register yourself for this conference, please click on “Individual Registration. 

To register an individual or individuals other than yourself (including a group of registrants from a company) please click on “Group Registration” and follow the following instructions:

1.     Do you have an account set-up for the AGA website? If not, you must set one up before beginning the registration process. *Please be sure to select your company from the drop down list provided when setting up your account. Select your “Registrant Type” (member, nonmember, speaker etc…) click next

2.     A list of all individuals associated with your company will be listed. For those individuals not listed, an account will need to be set-up for each person in order to register them.

3.     Once you have selected all individuals you will review each individuals contact information and select fee(s).

4.     Proceed to payment and check out.

5.     You will receive an immediate confirmation and receipt. If you do not, the registration has not been completed.

NOTE:  Online Registration is for credit card payments only.  Should you require payment by check, please email aodonoghue@aga.org to request a paper registration form.  Receipts will be given onsite for all registrations.
Attention Confirmed Exhibitors: Full refunds will NOT be issued to exhibitors who are due complimentary registration with their booth but mistakenly pay the registration fee. Please coordinate with your company’s designated exhibit contact. For further information, contact aga@epponline.com.

Early Bird Registration Fees (up to April 20, 2011)

  • AGA Member: $825*
  • Non-AGA member: $2,025 **
  • Speaker/panelist/moderator: $700* (conference/committee meeting workshop)
  • Exhibitor – Full Conference: $825
  • Exhibitor – Hall Only: $325
  • Exhibitor Complimentary (1) Full or (2) Hall only per booth purchased
  • Pre-Conference Committee Meeting Only: $595

Standard Registration Fees (after April 20, 2011)

  • AGA Member: $950*
  • Non-AGA member: $2,425**
  • Speaker/panelist/moderator: $700* (same as above)
  • Exhibitor – Full Conference: $825
  • Exhibitor – Hall Only: $325
  • Exhibitor Complimentary (1) Full or (2) Hall only per booth purchased
  • Pre-Conference Committee Meeting Only: $595

Late/Onsite Registration Fees (after May 13, 2011)

  • AGA Member: $1050*
  • Non-AGA member: $2,525**
  • Speaker/panelist/moderator: $700* (same as above)
  • Exhibitor – Full Conference: $1050
  • Exhibitor – Hall Only: $325
  • Exhibitor Complimentary (1) Full or (2) Hall only per booth purchased
  • Pre-Conference Committee Meeting Only: $695

* Includes pre-conference spring committee meeting registration fee. Committee meetings open only to AGA members and invited guests.

 

**Employees of companies eligible for full membership (generally, natural gas distribution companies) in AGA but whose companies are not AGA members may not register, attend or participate in AGA conferences, meetings or similar events.


ACCOMPANYING GUEST REGISTRATION:

  • $150.00 (Includes receptions, Top Chef Luncheon on 5/25 and conference attendance.)

    You can register a guest online or by completing the Spouse/Guest Registration Form

    Note: An accompanying guest is a spouse, family member, or friend who is not in an industry related occupation. Guest registration may not be used by a co-worker or an associate within the industry.

Changes, Cancelations & Refunds:

All changes, cancelations or substitutions must be received in writing via e-mail or fax. When possible, please include the reason for your change, cancelation or substitution. As we get closer to the conference, more money is invested on behalf of each registered participant. Therefore, refunds will only be issued as follows:

Cancelations must be received in writing by Friday, May 6, 2011, to qualify for a full refund less a $100.00 processing charge.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER May 6; however, substitutions are permitted.  Fax information to AGA’s Meeting Services at 202-824-9092 or e-mail: aodonoghue@aga.org.
