AGA Re-Registration Registration - Special Arrangements:Even if you had previously registered, all registrants will need to re-register for the ucpoming meeting. However, if you've already paid a registration fee, you will not be charged a new fee and your previous payment will be applied to the new meeting. The new registration process will utilize a paper form, either faxed or mailed to AGA's offices in Washington, DC. Changes, Cancellation & Refund Policy:Meeting Registrations: All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing via e-mail or fax. When possible, please include the reason for your change, cancellation or substitution. Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, October 21, 2011, to qualify for a full refund less a $100.00 processing charge. Hotel Reservations: Hotel reservations must be made separately from the meeting/seminar registration and directly with the Omni Parker House Hotel.
