However, a refund check reflecting the group rate will be issued following the meeting to those individuals whose company has sent three (3) or more participants. All meeting registration changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing and faxed to AGA at (202) 824-7086. Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, May 4, 2012 to qualify for a full refund less a $100.00 processing charge. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER Friday, May 4, 2012.
