Note:  Online registration is for credit card payments only.  A confirmation email including receipt will be immediately sent to you after completion of the registration process.  If you do not immediately receive a confirmation email, your registration was not completed. 
Should you require payment by check, please email tthoman@aga.org to request a paper registration form.

Online Registration – ID and Password Required!
For security purposes, an individual registrant must have his/her AGA username and password in order to register online.  If you do not have a username and password, you must create an account using the “Member Log-In” button at the top of the page of the AGA website. 
To register an individual or individuals other than yourself (including a group of registrants from a company) please click on the "Group Registration" button and follow the following instructions:

  1. Do you have an account set-up for the AGA website? If not, you must set one up before beginning the registration  process.  Please be sure to select your company from the drop down list provided when setting up your account. Select your "Registration Type" (member, speaker etc.) and click next.
  2. A list of all individuals associated with your company will be listed. For those individuals not listed, an account will need to be set-up for each person in order to register them.
  3. Once you have selected all individuals you will review each individual's contact information and select fee(s).
  4. Proceed to payment and check out.
  5. You will receive an immediate confirmation and receipt. If you do not, the registration has not been completed.

Changes, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Meeting Registrations: All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing via e-mail or fax. When possible, please include the reason for your change, cancellation or substitution. Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, June 22, to qualify for a full refund less a $100.00 processing charge.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER June 22nd; however, substitutions are permitted.  Email or Fax cancellation notices to Theresa Thoman in AGA’s General Counsel’s Office (E-mail: tthoman@aga.org; Fax: 202-824-9169).

Hotel Reservations
AGA is holding a block of rooms at The Grand del Mar at the special room rate of $290.00 per night.  Once the block of rooms AGA is holding is full or June 22, 2012 (whichever comes first), rooms may not be available or room requests may not be accepted at the group rate.  All group room reservations are held to The Grand Del Mar’s standard cancellation policy. Reservations are guaranteed to the credit card on file, and a deposit equal to one night’s room charge, plus 12.5% in total hotel tax, will be charged seven days prior to arrival.  Cancellations within the seven-day window and no shows, will forfeit the deposit amount.

The Legal Committee Meeting (Saturday, July 14) is for Legal Committee Members Only:
  
The AGA Legal Committee Meeting (only committee members or their designated representatives may attend the Committee meeting) will be held on Saturday, July 14, at The Grand Del Mar.  Details on the meeting will be sent directly to Committee members.  However, the registration information for the meeting can be found on the Legal Forum website.   If you are not a member of the Legal Committee but are a member company in-house attorney and would like to attend the meeting as a guest, please contact Theresa Thoman for additional information.
