Reservations must be made directly with Waldorf Astoria reservations by calling 888-722-1270. Please be sure to reference the “Rate Committee Meeting and Regulatory Issues Seminar” to obtain the negotiated room rate of $149.00 + tax per night, single or double occupancy. This rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting, based on availability. Check in is 4:00 pm; check-out is 11:00 am.
Resort Charges: The $30/day plus tax resort charge is WAIVED for attendees of this AGA meeting who book using the AGA group rate. The resort charge includes in-room wireless, HSIA, Mac computer station, local & domestic long distance calls, 24-hour fitness center, daily newspaper, in-room coffee, beach tram service, and use of beach chaise and towels at Clam Pass Beach.
Charges for Optional Hotel Services: The hotel charges for room deliveries ($3 per room) and for porterage ($10 per person, includes both check-in and check-out assistance with luggage). If you use these optional hotel services, they will be charged to your room automatically.
Parking Fees: Currently the hotel charges $10/day for self-parking and $22/day for valet parking.
Hotel cut-off date for reservations is Friday, October 5, 2012. After October 5, room requests will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only.
