 CPE and CLE Credits 

Continuing Professional Education in Accounting credits for the Rate Committee Meeting and Regulatory Issue Seminar are available for attendance at this AGA event. 

Please read the following information and if you require CPE credits, please check the appropriate boxes on the registration form located on the Registration Information page.

CPE INFORMATION:
The objectives of this seminar are to provide advanced knowledge and understanding of utility ratemaking, public utility accounting, and current issues in the natural gas distribution and transmission industries. The course is designed for utility industry professionals. No advanced preparation is required nor are there any prerequisites.  In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour.  AGA will be applying for credit from NASBA and will send you a written certificate of attendance after the meeting.

Recommended CPE credit based on preliminary agenda:
            18 Hours

The American Gas Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. CLE INFORMATION:
AGA will be happy to provide attendees with a uniform certificate of attendance form for attendance at the Rate Committee Meeting and Regulatory Issues Seminar.  It will be the responsibility of each individual attorney to apply for state bar credits in their state of license.
