Uncollectibles Workshop 

The Uncollectibles Workshop is a one day (noon to noon) event for credit managers and low income professionals. This event provides a venue for utility members and industry experts to share principles and practices which serve to reduce uncollectible accounts. Time is also allottted for networking among participants so that industry connections may be formed. Much is packed into this brief, inexpensive event.
