The Group Registration Button is only to be used when one person is registering several people for the meeting at one time. Individuals registering online will be charged the full amount; group discounts will be handled separately.

Although you will be charged the full single rate if registering online, a refund check reflecting the group rate will be issued following the meeting to those individuals whose company has sent three (3) or more participants.

Cancellation Policy:
All meeting registration changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing and faxed to AGA at (202) 824-7086. Cancellations must be received in writing by to qualify for a full refund less a $100.00 processing charge. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER August 3, 2012. However, substitutions are permitted.
