 Distribution Best Practices Follow-up Conference

Open to participating members of the AGA Operations Best Practices Program only

 

The AGA Distribution Best Practices Follow-up Conference is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 6th with a tour of NW Natural’s Material Warehousing facility followed by a workshop on Material Traceability.  Following the workshop, meeting attendees will review all companies’ data submitted for the 2012 benchmarking topics and hear from the potential top performing companies in the subject areas: Gas Control Room Management, Operator Qualification and Training and System Regulation and Valve Inspection & Maintenance, as they describe their operational procedures and practices that contributed to their outstanding performance.  Meeting attendees will then select from among those companies who should present at the roundtables later in the year.

 

More than 70 natural gas distribution companies participate in this customized program to exchange information and best practices that will be presented at the topic-specific roundtables scheduled for October and November.
