Open to participating members of the AGA Operations Best Practices Program only
The Operator Qualification and Training Best Practices Roundtable will be held October 2 – 4, 2012 at the American Gas Association’s headquarters, Washington, DC and is scheduled to begin Tuesday, October 2 at 10:00 a.m. The roundtable will feature company presentations from top-performing companies on specific processes and practices that have contributed to their outstanding operational performance and a tour of Washington Gas Light Company’s Pipetown Training Facility. Meeting attendees will assemble with their respective breakout groups for in-depth group discussions on specific operational challenges and identify best practices to address those challenges. The roundtable will conclude with a best practices summary presentation for each topic area. The meeting is scheduled to adjourn on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 12:00 p.m.
Meeting Materials: Meeting registrants (SMEs) are strongly encouraged to review the data report, graphs and questionnaire response summary for Operator Qualification and Training with their Best Practices Program representative in advance of the roundtable to get a better understanding of their company’s performance. Meeting registrants will be required to download the meeting materials from AGA’s website, print and bring with them to the roundtable. The link for the meeting materials will be forwarded within 1-2 weeks prior to the roundtable. Copies of the agenda, breakout group list and discussion questions/topics will be available onsite.
