The AGA Executive Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 13 at the St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah with a group dinner on Monday evening, August 12. The reception is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. on the Mountain Terrace (onsite), followed by dinner at 7:00 pm. The Executive Committee meeting on the 13th will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude by 12:30 p.m.

Regarding accommodations, reservations may be made by calling the St. Regis Deer Park at
. To receive the preferred conference rate of $259+tax, you must identify your affiliation with American Gas Association. A deposit equal to one nights stay is due at the time of booking. The cut-off date for getting the preferred rate is July 11, 2013. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space/rate available basis. Any cancellation or reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date to avoid the cancellation/change fee.
