With the theme of Delivering America’s Foundation Fuel, this conference will bring together approximately 150 energy utility leaders to discuss such issues as pipeline safety, natural gas market conditions, shale gas and supply, demand growth, and overall challenges and opportunities facing the energy sector.

The preliminary program includes:

  • The “Vision of Our Energy Policy” panel with executives from the producer and industrial sectors;
  • A “Natural Gas for Transportation” panel; and
  • plus discussions on issues of great importance for the energy utility sector, including cybersecurity.

The Executive Conference will open with an AGA Chairman's Reception for all attendees on Sunday, October, 13 at 6:15 pm. The all-day general session will be held on Monday, October, 14 and concludes with a Sunset Oyster Roast & BBQ at Mingo Point beginning at 6:00pm.

Our setting for this year’s conference is South Carolina’s beautiful Kiawah Island which is a ten-mile island along the Atlantic and running parallel to the South Carolina coast. The island is 21 miles from historic downtown Charleston. Kiawah Island consists of pristine private beaches, five championship golf courses, tennis courts, paved walking trails, and numerous outdoor nature activities. The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island is 32 miles (approximately 40-45 minutes) from Charleston International Airport.

Please make plans to join us in October - we look to have a very informative and memorable conference!
