Gas Utility Operations Best Practices Program Kickoff Meeting

AGA is launching a new and improved Gas Utility Operations Best Practices Program in 2013.  Member companies are encouraged to send their representative to the Kickoff meeting in order to provide input on what enhancements should be considered for facilitating industry benchmarking and the identification of leading practices in natural gas utility operations.  Presentations will be made by utilities on the use of Key Performance Indicators and Quality Management.  A copy of the draft agenda is posted in the upper right section of this page.
