Registration Fees; Deadline; Cancellation Policy Refund Policy and ADA Requirements
The "Early Bird" registration fee for this meeting is $345.00. The cut-off date for this special rate is Monday, December 17, 2012. After this date, registration fee will be $445.00.
The deadline for registering is Wednesday, January 2, 2013. All meeting registration changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing and faxed to AGA at (202) 824-7086 by this date. Cancellations must be received in writing prior to this date to qualify for a refund less a $100.00 processing charge. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER January 2, 2013. However, substitutions will be permitted.

Online registration is for credit card payments only. Confirmation of online registration and registration receipt are immediately emailed to the registrant's email address. In the event your company's policy restricts online registration or you require payment by check, please contact Vanessa George, phone: (202) 824-7333. Receipts will be given onsite for all registration exclusive of those made via the web.
For security purposes, each registrant must have his/her individual AGA username and password in order to register online. If registering on behalf of others, you must obtain each registrants AGA username and password to complete their registration.
