Please remember when making your hotel arrangements you (or your travel agent) should request you be included in the “AGA Legislative Forum" block.” Reservations made through a third party (corporate travel agents, Internet travel sites, etc.) must specifically request to be included in the “AGA Legislative Forum” block. Protection from being moved to another hotel is the number one reason to make your hotel reservations early and within the AGA group.

To Make Hotel Reservations

Reservations can be made via AGA Legislative Forum. Should you prefer to make your reservations via phone, please call 843-722-4900 or via email groupres@charlestonplace.com. You should advise the reservations agent that you are attending the AGA Legislative Forum. A credit card is required to hold and guarantee your reservation.  A first night’s deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card, which will be charged if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.

The hotel cut-off date is Monday, April 16, 2013 or until the rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first. Rooms will likely sell out prior to the rate cut-off date so reserve your accommodations early! The room rate is $290 + $1.00 destination marketing fee + 13.5% tax per night. Rates will apply three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability at the time the reservations are made.
