The next meeting of the AGA Board of Directors is scheduled for Saturday, May 17 at 3:30 p.m. at the InterContinental Miami, in Miami, Florida. The board meeting is preceded by several board-level committee meetings (Preliminary Schedule of Events). The reception and dinner for members of the AGA board, board committees and their spouse or guest is scheduled for Friday evening, May 16. The reception begins at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. at the Blue Water Restaurant (onsite).
While there is no registration fee for the AGA Board of Directors meeting or board committee meetings, we would appreciate you completing and sending the RSVP Form by April 17. Please note, the board meeting is separate from, but being held in conjunction with, AGA’s Financial Forum. The Financial Forum begins on Sunday, May 18 and concludes by 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 20. The Financial Forum registration fee for Energy Industry executives is $795.00 per registrant. Board members are encouraged to attend any/all committee meetings, even if you aren’t a member of that committee (the lone exception is the Nominating Committee meeting). The final board meeting agenda and supporting materials will be sent to you under separate cover approximately one week out from meetings.
If you have not yet reserved your sleeping room at the InterContinental, please do so as soon as possible by calling the hotel at 800-327-3005 and advising that you are attending the AGA Financial Forum (Group Code: SOS) to receive the group rate of $250/night plus taxes. The hotel is expected to sell out, so don’t delay! Room availability cannot be guaranteed for accommodation requests prior to or after the AGA meetings.
