The August planning meeting is open to all Finance Committee members, subcommittee members and AGA member company financial executives.

Overview
At this meeting we will evaluate the 2008 Financial Forum, plan for the October committee meeting in New York, discuss plans for the 2009 Financial Forum and review the AGA financial activities for the remainder of 2008 and early 2009.

Registering
To register for the planning meeting, just choose the registration form in the "downloads" box located in the upper right of this page.  Complete the form and either e-mail or fax it back to AGA.  See the registration form for further instructions.

Hotel
Reservations should be made directly with Marriot Reservations by calling (800) 297-5056. Please be sure to reference the "American Gas Association" or "AGA" to ensure that you receive the AGA rate of $149 single or double.

Also, please note that resort's registration cutoff date is July 11, 2008.
