Commissioner Cheryl A. LaFleur was nominated by President Barack Obama to serve as a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and confirmed by the U.S. Senate for a term that ends in June 2014.
Commissioner LaFleur has more than 20 years experience as a leader in the electric and natural gas industry. Commissioner LaFleur is a frequent speaker on energy issues, particularly reliability and grid security, transmission planning, and enabling clean energy resources. She is a member of the NARUC Committees on Electricity and Critical Infrastructure.

LNG Export, Shale Gas and other Project Developments
Mr. Wright is the Director of the Office of Energy Projects at FERC and has been a member of the Office of Energy Projects since its inception in 2000. Previously, Mr. Wright joined the Commission in 1979 and served as project manager on many applications to site natural gas pipelines and storage facilities.

Mr. Gray is the former Ambassador to the European Union (2006-2007) and former Special Envoy for Eurasian Energy Diplomacy (2008-2009). He also served as former Special Envoy for European Union Affairs (2008-2009) and as White House Counsel in the administration of President George H.W. Bush (1989-1993).
