- An energy quantity of one quadrillion Btu, which is approximately the energy equivalent contained in one trillion cubic feet of natural gas.
- Qualification Test
- An investigation, independent of a procurement action, performed on a product to determine whether or not the product conforms to all requirements of the applicable specification.
