 LNG 17—Open for Registration

Largest Global Gas Event in 2013

Washington, D.C. – Make plans now to attend the 17th International Conference and Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG 17). Hosted by the American Gas Association (AGA), LNG 17 is scheduled from April 16 – 19, 2013 in Houston, TX. This event will provide attendees the opportunity to hear from the industry’s key stakeholders about the global and strategic outlook for the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry. LNG 17 will feature an exhibition showcasing the most comprehensive spectrum of LNG products, services and suppliers ever assembled.

“LNG 17 will bring together all the major energy companies in the world to hear from industry experts on current developments, trends and opportunities for LNG in North America and around the world,” said Larry Borgard, President and COO, Utilities, Integrys Energy Group; Chairman, AGA. “Natural gas is helping to stimulate economic recovery in the United States and this conference will provide valuable information on potential growth markets like transportation, as well as an understanding of the global demand for natural gas and what that could mean for the United States in the future.”

LNG 17 will bring together more than 5,000 senior technical, commercial and strategic experts from over 80 countries. They will have the opportunity to visit more than 300 exhibitors, hear from top-level speakers and a variety of networking events. In addition, technical tours will be offered to Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG Terminal located on more than 850 acres along the Gulf Coast. This terminal is situated to provide LNG imports, exports and storage services given its large acreage position, proximity to domestic unconventional gas, and pipeline interconnectivity to the largest natural gas market in the world.

To register for LNG 17, visit LNG17.org. Save $300 if you register by November 5, 2012.

The American Gas Association, founded in 1918, represents more than 200 local energy companies that deliver clean natural gas throughout the United States. There are more than 71 million residential, commercial and industrial natural gas customers in the U.S., of which 94 percent — over 68 million customers — receive their gas from AGA members. Today, natural gas meets almost one-fourth of the United States' energy needs.
