AGA Alert - EPA Proposed Rule to Regulate Greenhouse Gas Emissions – PSD Tailoring (Oct. 28, 2009) 

On October 28, 2009 AGA alerted members that EPA published the “Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Proposed Rule” in the Federal Register.  This rule is EPA’s proposal to regulate GHG emissions from stationary sources under the existing Clean Air Act, without further action by Congress.  This notice includes a link to the rule in the Federal Register.
