On October 30, 2009, EPA published its final rule establishing a mandatory federal greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting program. On November 25, 2009 AGA distributed analysis of the final rule, noting the major changes that were made from the proposed rule and the industry concerns that were addressed by EPA.
