On December 23, 2009 AGA distributed a summary of the responses provided for a climate change inquiry. Operators participating in this survey indicated the economic impacts of the Waxman‐Markey and Kerry‐Boxer climate bills and the adequacy of those bills’ allowance allocation to natural gas local distribution companies.
