 Health Study: Japanese PCB Study of Yusho Patients Shows No Increased Mortality Risk (Feb. 2011) 

This study provides quantitative evidence that patients exposed to PCBs and dioxins in rice processed with oil in 1968 (“Yusho patients”) have no significant difference in relative survival compared with the general Japanese population. The results suggest that PCBs and dioxin exposure confers no excess mortality.
