 AGA Letter to EPA Requesting Natural Gas Transportation Equipment & SPCC Transportation Exemption (Jan. 19, 2004) 

Prior to a January 20, 2004 meeting with EPA's Director of the Oil Programs Center, AGA sent a letter to EPA to provide a brief summary of AGA members' issues to help facilitate the discussion.  This letter outlines AGA members' technical concerns with the potential inclusion of natural gas transmission and distribution facilities in the revised SPCC rule as ‘transportation-related” equipment  and AGA members' technical concerns with the practical application of the SPCC rule.
