 Joint Letter from the SPCC Industy Coalition to EPA Requesting an Extention of the SPCC Rule Compliance Dates (Oct. 6, 2005) 

On October 6, 2005, the SPCC Industy Coalition submitted a letter to EPA to express concerns about the lack of proper guidance or proposed rules to allow industry to prepare for the SPCC rule promulgation.  Due to these concerns, the letter requested an extension of the SPCC rule compliance dates until six months following promulgation of the final rule to ammend SPCC plans.
