On June 23, 2009 EPA held the fourth of four webinars to discuss practical expectations for system performance and anticipated stakeholder benefits from the e-Manifest system. This webinar reviewed the real-time capabilities of the system, the application of the system functionalities to policy changes, the requirement for all manifests (paper or electronic) to be submitted to e-Manifest system and the phasing in of the system integration.
