 AGA's Separate Comment Letter on EPA SPCC Guidance for Regional Inspectors (Feb. 10, 2006) 

On February 10, 2006 AGA submitted comments in response to EPA’s request for comments on the “SPCC Guidance for Regional Inspectors” (“SPCC Guidance”).  In addition to the joint comments submitted by USWAG, AGA submitted a separate comment letter to discuss in greater detail our request that EPA amend the SPCC Guidance to clarify the specific types of natural gas pipeline and distribution system facilities that are “transportation-related facilities” that are not subject to the SPCC rule for non-transportation related facilities.
