On December 28, 2010 AGA submitted comments and an exhibit of photos on EPA's notice seeking input on stormwater rules. AGA discussed the impage on AGA member natural gas utilities, the differences between linear natural gas projects and traditional land development, encouraged state-wide consistency and encouraged EPA to use Qualified, Credentialed, Professionals (QCPs) to develop Construction Best Management Practices Plans (CBMPPs). In addition, AGA opposed EPA's contemplated expansion of the MS4 regulatory programs to areas outside of the current 405 urbanized areas regulated pursuant to the 1990 U.S. Census.
