Supplement to AGA's Comments to the April 18 Pipeline Safety Forum (July 14, 2011) 

On April 18, 2011 the Department of Transportation (DOT) held the Pipeline Safety Summit to bring together top pipeline executives and discuss how the nation's pipelines infrastructure can improve with respect to safety and efficiency.  The Pipeline Safety Summit was recorded and posted on the new DOT Pipeline Safety Awareness website.  Following the Summit discussion, DOT indicated that a Report to the Nation on Pipeline Safety would be developed.  AGA provided the following supplemental documents to assist in the development of this report:
