The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) worked with PHMSA to develop a training video to enhance the use of the Emergency Response Guidebook 2008 (ERG2008). This training video explains the contents of the ERG2008 and how to use it as a resource in the event of a hazardous materials transportation incident.
