Compensation 

Reviews and recommends to the board for approval, salary and benefits for the AGA president and CEO.  Approves salary and benefits for other staff officers.  Advises the AGA president and CEO on personnel issues.  Reports annually to the board on the compensation of the AGA president and CEO.
