NAM's Comments on EPA's Reconsideration of NSR Equipment Replacement Rule (Aug. 30, 2004)
On August 30, 2004 the Equipment Replacement Rule Coalition (the “ERRC”) submitted comments to EPA on the Equipment Replacement Provision rule (the “ERP Rule”). ERRC urges EPA to not change the provisions in the ERP Rule.
