EPA e-Manifest Webinar 2: Alternatives Analysis for e-Manifest (May 12, 2009) 

On May 12, 2009, EPA held the second of four webinars to review e-Manifest.  The second webinar focused on alternatives analysis for e-Manifest, with a focus on the alternative designs that EPA identified to explore key questions.  The purpose of the second webinar was to gather user input on the several design alternatives being considered by EPA.
