On November 27, 2006 the Association of Oil Pipe Lines (AOPL) submitted comments to support the Army Corps of Engineers’ proposal to adopt NWP C - Pipeline Safety Program Designated Time Sensitive Inspections and Repairs (“NWP C”). AOPL commented that the proposed NWP C is a practical approach to integration of some of the key federal regulatory responsibilities implicated by pipeline inspection and repair activities occurring in terrestrial and aquatic areas subject to Corps of Engineers jurisdiction.
