 AGA's Separate Comment Letter on EPA Proposed SPCC Rule for Oil-Filled Equipment (Feb. 10, 2006) 

On February 10, 2005 AGA submitted comments on EPA's Proposed Rule: Oil Pollution Prevention; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan Requirements—Amendments, proposing alternative regulatory requirements for facilities under the SPCC Program. In addition to the joint comments submitted by USWAG, AGA submitted a separate comment letter to provide more detailed information to support three requests related specifically to natural gas utility and pipeline systems.
